Payment and shipping
Ordered goods that are in stock will be dispatched on business days within 24 hours of the order.
Free shipping for orders with a total value of €70 or more.
Shipping:
Packeta – After dispatch, delivery on the next business day to collection points or Z-Box.
- Shipping cost: €3.20*.
Packeta Home – Courier delivery to your address (home), after dispatch, delivery on the next business day. Price:
- Up to 1kg – €3.85*
- Up to 2kg – €4.40*
- Up to 5kg – €4.65*
DPD – When ordering goods that are in stock and dispatched, it is usually delivered on the next business day throughout Slovakia. Delivery cost to a collection point or self-service box:
- Up to 3 kg – €3.20*
- Up to 5 kg – €3.40*
Delivery cost by courier to your address:
- DPD Home – Courier – €4.85*

Payment methods:
Online payments – After creating an order, you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway, Besteron, where you will enter the necessary details. If the transaction is authorized, the payment will be processed immediately, and we will dispatch the goods on business days within 24 hours, if they are in stock.
Bank transfer – After receiving your order, we will send you the account number and variable symbol (advance invoice). You will make the payment in advance to our bank account held at FIO banka. Upon receipt of the payment, we will dispatch the goods on business days within 24 hours based on the chosen shipping method.
Cash – You can pay for the goods in cash or by card upon personal pickup, by prior agreement between the buyer and the seller – +421909 101 266 or book collection appoitment HERE.
